The States for Service Coalition, Service Year Alliance, and AmeriCorps Alums are teaming up once again! This summer, we seek to generate even more support for the Cultivating Opportunity and Recovery from the Pandemic through Service (CORPS) Act, as it has just been introduced in the House with a total of 37 bipartisan cosponsors.
This bill (H.R. 4100) is the House's "companion" legislation to the CORPS Act in the Senate (S.1165). It is also endorsed by over 100 service organizations across the country. As you may already know, the CORPS Act will make a tremendous - and critical - investment in national service programs, participants, and state service commissions over a three-year period, and contribute to our nation’s long-term economic recovery.
But we need your help.
