CCVA Speakers Series: Negotiation for the Volunteer Engagement Professional

Megan has a Masters in Public Administration and completed her Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Professionals-Certified Professional certifications. She has served on the board of directors for Directors of Volunteers in Agencies- Los Angeles (DOVIA-LA) and is currently the President of the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE). Megan’s purpose in both life and career is to ignite the flames for others to achieve what they thought may not be possible. She is particularly passionate about mobilizing women upwards in their chosen professions without having to sacrifice personal or family goals to achieve career success.
