 is how you get the results you want.  In this Training Tour, we will travel down some simple, but often forgotten training basics roadways.  We will visit some sites along the way, including differentiating between training and other informaiton sharing goals and the fundamentals that should be part of every training experience.  We'll then venture off-road to explore some innovative and flexible learning options to make sure that your training is contemporary and accessible.  Lastly, we will end our tour by planning fo ryour next Training Road Trip.  Together we will identify some great resources and some strategies that will surely set you and your participants up for a most excellent adventure together.

About the Trainer Tammy Baumann, CVA is a Certified Volunteer Administrator with over 10 years volunteer management experience.  she is a highly energetic professional trainer, presenter, and facilitator with extended experience in both formal and informal environments.  Tammy is agraduate from Marylhurst University, Oregon where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Communications supported by personal certifications in Training and Development and Conflict Resolution and Mediation.  Tammy started Baumann Training and Consulting in 2014.
