Use your number crunching skills to help maintain and grow AL!VE’s financial standing to support programming for our members. Duties may include:

Do you want to help build AL!VE’s capacity to engage members in meaningful volunteer roles that advance the profession? Join AL!VE’s HR and Policy committee, as we look to update our policies and procedures, and strengthen our internal volunteer management protocols.
Committee will meet monthly for 6-12 months, then quarterly thereafter, with project assignments between meetings. Education and experience in Human Resources and/or Volunteer Policy and Procedure creation is preferred.

AL!VE’s Programs Committee is at the heart of ensuring our members have access to connect as well as the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in their roles. The programs committee's work includes:
Shape the future of AL!VE by participating in our pilot programs! Test and refine new initiatives before they are launched on a larger scale, ensuring they meet the needs of volunteer engagement professionals like you.
