Celebrating Mentees and Mentors of the Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program

Congratulations to the Fall/Winter cohort of Mentees and Mentors who participated in the Emerging Leaders Mentor Program! This amazing program helps emerging volunteer engagement professionals connect, share best practices, and position themselves as leaders in the field through ongoing professional development and skills building. Since the program’s inception in 2018, over 100 Mentees have benefitted by participating!

This program features a six-month mentorship pairing emerging leaders with seasoned professionals to encourage leadership skills development, support career growth, and broaden industry networks. Mentees set clear goals at the outset and draw on their Mentor’s experience and guidance to achieve them.

AL!VE remains committed to fostering leadership in volunteer engagement by offering high-quality professional development opportunities. Registration for the next cohort of the Emerging Leaders Mentor Program will launch in August for Mentors and September for Mentees, and the program will take place from October 2024 through March 2025, continuing AL!VE’s mission to empower professionals in the field.
