Celebrating Mentees and Mentors of the Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program
Congratulations to the Fall/Winter cohort of Mentees and Mentors who participated in the Emerging Leaders Mentor Program! This amazing program helps emerging volunteer engagement professionals connect, share best practices, and position themselves as leaders in the field through ongoing professional development and skills building. Since the program’s inception in 2018, over 100 Mentees have benefitted by participating!This program features a six-month mentorship pairing emerging leaders with seasoned professionals to encourage leadership skills development, support career growth, and broaden industry networks. Mentees set clear goals at the outset and draw on their Mentor’s experience and guidance to achieve them.
