AL!VE is Headed to Points of Light Conference 2025
AL!VE is a proud partner of Points of Light and an official supporter of the 2025 conference. Each year, our members deliver workshops and presentations, their organizations serve as sponsors, we partner on networking events, and AL!VE itself usually has a booth to advertise our offerings and support volunteer engagement professionals. If you’re attending this year’s conference June 3-6 at the New Orleans Marriott, we would love to share the experience with you! Please fill out this short form to let us know if you will be there so we can email you with scheduled and impromptu happenings while at POL!
Here's what we have in store:
- Get your member-only gifts – Stop by the exhibitor booth and ask about the member-only thank you gift while supplies last. Then share your story of how you Thrive With AL!VE on camera and receive another special gift!
- Celebrate AL!VE’s Sweet 16 on opening night – AL!VE turns 16 this June! Connect with members, partners, and friends at the conference welcome reception on Tuesday, June 3 from 6-7:30PM in the Exhibitor Hall in the Mardi Gras Ballroom! Wish us a happy birthday to receive a free party favor while supplies last.
- Join our co-hosted networking event – Join AL!VE, Better Impact, CCVA, and Idealist for a networking happy hour on Tuesday, June 3 from 8-11PM at Disappear Here NOLA. Sign up here to reserve your spot!
- Connect with attendees at our booth – Help us share information about AL!VE by volunteering for a booth shift and connecting with other ALIVE members, conference attendees, and sponsors. It'll be a great way to meet people, expand your network, and help us grow our AL!VE community. Sign up today for a shift here!
- Participate in our member group photo – We’ll plan a group photo for all our members once onsite. Stay connected in our AL!VE Member Area message board to get live updates about the group photo date, time, and location, and more.
- Learn from and support your fellow members – Many AL!VE members were selected to present at this year’s conference! Check the agenda for Dana Litwin, Beth Steinhorn, Niilah Herbet, Amy Pinger, Michelle Raymer, Megan Vixie, and our Executive Director, Nicole R. Smith.
- Represent with new AL!VE merch – Purchase apparel from our new and improved AL!VE Supporter Store and proudly represent our association in the conference halls. Help us stand out as a strong, connected professional community and remind others that they are not alone. At least 25% of each purchase is donated to AL!VE to support our mission to elevate the field.
- Take part in the AL!VE Board Member Scavenger Hunt – Make sure to connect and engage with our Board Members onsite! Take part in our scavenger hunt by finding board members, taking pictures with them, and posting to social media with #ThriveWithAlive. You just may win a prize! Visit our booth for more details.
