New Year, Newly AL!VE: Check Out Our Refreshed Website
After more than a year of planning, collaboration, reviewing member feedback, and development, the AL!VE Marketing Committee is excited to launch the refreshed website designed to improve member satisfaction and strengthen AL!VE’s presence across the field.
Why This Update Matters
The website redesign serves as the capstone of AL!VE’s broader marketing improvements with processes and channels completed throughout 2025. The work began in late 2024 after reviewing years of member survey data. Across surveys, members consistently asked for:
- Simpler, more readable communications
- A more intuitive and well-organized website
- Easier ways to find information and engage with AL!VE’s offerings
In response, AL!VE set ambitious goals in 2025 to transform its marketing channels and internal processes to better support members and volunteers. A recap of 2025 Marketing Committee goals, accomplishments, and outcomes is available in this slide deck. The most encouraging news: in AL!VE’s 2025 annual survey, members recognized meaningful progress in branding and communications, while also reinforcing the need for continued improvements to website usability and navigation. That feedback directly shaped this redesign.
How Was the Website Refreshed
This website update brings together the Marketing Committee’s efforts in branding, communications, and digital infrastructure into a single, unified online hub. The focus of the project was not reinvention, but elevation. Improving how members experience what AL!VE committees started rebuilding last year. Key goals of the refresh included:
- A more modern, accessible user experience
- Clearer navigation across programs, events, resources, and news
- Stronger alignment across channels to reduce confusion and duplication
- A scalable foundation to support AL!VE’s continued growth
You may have noticed–most content related to AL!VE’s programs, member benefits, and strategic priorities was updated and aligned during 2025. This refresh project enhances how that content is accessed and experienced, for current and potential members and partners.

This project was made possible by the collective efforts of many dedicated contributors. Deep gratitude to the 2025 Marketing Committee members whose leadership and collaboration drove remarkable progress in 2025; to AL!VE’s Board and Committees for championing marketing improvements and platform updates; and to every AL!VE volunteer who helps share information, tell our story, and foster meaningful member engagement. We are also especially thankful to our Executive Director for her advocacy, strategic guidance, and steadfast support of our volunteers, members, and partners throughout this work and last year.
With a strong marketing foundation now in place, the data signals a pivotal moment. In 2026, our focus will be on activating our tools, platforms, and stories to deepen digital engagement, relevance, and connection across the AL!VE community. We hope you’ll join us in what comes next.
